KaNdlovu is a wholly black owned company established in 2006. Our professional staff, albeit contractors, represent a combined experience spanning over 30 years, drawn from different sectors, including project management, telecommunication, customer service, manufacturing and engineering – mechanical, electrical and civil.

KaNdlovu social investment initiative is guided by the ability to impact its employee-communities, the environment and reduction in poverty. There seems to be no other way to get our future out of poverty other than through changing the prevailing mind set particularly among younger citizens of our country. Our company therefor seeks to equip unemployed tertiary graduates with skills for job creation ability rather than job seekers. In an effort to contribute towards realising this objective we are developing networks with tertiary institutions, tertiary student structures and youth organisations, where we can identify unemployed graduates with potential to appreciate and to grasp our scope. Initial opportunities include engagement with stated institutions, providing internships and business counselling.
